These sessions are uncoached/unsupervised by a club official. This means that all competent members are welcome, but all juniors are required to be under the supervision of an agreeing adult (in loco parentis), whether being supervised in the weights room, using the ergos, from the riverbank or from the water. Throwlines are available in the boathouse. Loan of Boathouse keys and use of Boston Rowing Club equipment is available on request. Lone Sculling test rules still apply. Ask for further details...
Older more experienced juniors may also be invited to attend other or extra sessions at the discretion of the Coaches. Coaching for Adult members is always available on request. Please discuss your requirements with one of the Coaches.
